7.3.5 Lehetséges kutatási irányok
A tudásmenedzsment kutatás további lehetséges kutatási irányvonalakat vetít előre, amelyek a következők:
A közeljövőben kutatási téma lehet a „Tudásmenedzsment Magyarországon 2005/2006” empirikus felmérés megismétlése reprezentatív mintavétellel (amely leköveti a hazai vállalati szféra iparági megoszlását), a mintanagyság növelésével.
A kutatás célja a magyar szervezetek tudásmenedzsment-gyakorlatának minél pontosabb megismerése, a változások és a fejlődés irányának beazonosítása.
A Tudásmenedzsment-profil érettségi modelljének továbbfejlesztett változatába beépítésre kerülhetnének az egyéb, a tudásmenedzsmentre ható külső tényezők, mint pl. a szervezeti kultúra, a struktúra vagy a leadership.
Egy korábbi fejezetben említett Z. Karvalics és Kollányi gondolata szerint:
„feladatunk: a „tudás Európájá”-nak létrehozása”. (Z. Karvalics/Kollányi, 2005:5) Ezen gondolat továbbfejlesztéseként a kutatás kiterjeszthető a 2004-ben az Európai Unióhoz csatlakozott országok szervezeteire is, hiszen fontos lenne megállapítani az egyes országok tudásmenedzsment-gyakorlata fejlettségi szintjének különbözőségeit.
A tudásmenedzsment rendszeres időközönként való megismétlése és kiterjesztése az Európai Unió valamennyi országára, lehetőség nyílna a versenyképesség és a tudásmenedzsment közötti összefüggések feltárására, hiszen az országok versenyképességi indexe hozzáférhető. Felmerül a lehetősége egy olyan kutatásnak is, amely azt megvizsgálná, milyen összefüggés van a tudásmenedzsment-faktorok és a versenyképesség között.
A tudásmenedzsment felméréssel párhuzamosan nemzeti kultúra kutatás lebonyolítása is lehetséges, hiszen ha nagyobb minta állna rendelkezésre, akkor nem csupán esettanulmányok módszerével, hanem statisztikai elemzésekkel is kimutatható lenne az összefüggés a szervezeti kultúra és a tudásmenedzsment között.
