1. Bevezetés

Az intézetben lakó intellektuális és/vagy pszichoszociális fogyatékossággal élő nők szexualitása, anyasága a mai napig tabunak számít, az őket érő megannyi – testi, lelki, szellemi és szexuális – erő-szak elrejtve marad, még erő-szakmai körökben is. Diskurzust kezdeményezünk erről, emberi jogi és fogyatékosságtudományi oldalról körbejárva, egy olyan párbeszéd megindulását remélve, ami, ha kis lépésekben is, de változáshoz vezethet.

2. Önrendelkezés

Az önrendelkezés fogalma számos módon definiálható. Az önrendelkezés többek között szocio-kulturális konstruktum, jog és alapelv. E meghatározások segítségével közelebb kerülhetünk annak megválaszolásához, hogy mit is jelent az önrendelkezés gyakorlása az intézeti keretek között élő nők számára. Lehetséges-e egyáltalán önrendelkező életet élni ilyen körülmények között? És
