Az elektronikus kommunikáció jelentősége az egészség-ügyben
Az elektronikus kommunikáció és az egészségügyi ellá-tással összefüggő adatok tárolása egyre jelentősebb igény az ellátórendszerekben (pl. gazdasági, minőségügyi vonatkozás, betegnyilvántartó rendszerek az alap-, járóbeteg-, fekvőbe-teg-ellátásban, diagnosztikai területeken (pl. labor, képalkotó diagnosztika stb.).
A folyamat kulcsa az egészségügyi informatikai infrastruk-túra fejlesztése, melynek előfeltétele az adatok standardizálása (Goossen et al., 2004).

Az egészségügyben dolgozók és az egészségtudományi kép-zésben részt vevő hallgatók a korábbiakban csak néhány alap-vető fizikális diagnosztikai módszert alkalmaztak. A kor köve-telményei, a kompetenciaszintek bővülése szükségessé teszi, hogy a különféle beavatkozások mellett a betegvizsgálattal kapcsolatban is részletesebb ismeretekkel, készségekkel ren-delkezzenek. A mentőtiszt megfelelő szintű helyszíni beteg-vizsgálata elengedhetetlen a diagnózis felállításához és az elsődleges ellátás megkezdéséhez. Emellett az ápolók ilyen irányú ismereteinek a szélesítésére is szükség van, mivel fel-adatkörök bővülése, a specializálódás okozta további tevé-kenységek elvégzése, ill. ezen tevétevé-kenységek hatékonyságá-nak az ellenőrzésében nélkülözhetetlen a beteg állapotáhatékonyságá-nak részletesebb felmérése. A készségek elsajátítása által a szak-dolgozók segítséget tudnak nyújtani a korai diagnózis felállí-tásában, és pontosabban fel tudják mérni a rájuk bízott beteg állapotát [1]. Ezek együttesen a beteg mielőbbi gyógyulását, állapotjavulását eredményezhetik.
Fontos már az elején hangsúlyozni, hogy mind az anamné-zis felvételének, mind a fizikális vizsgáló módszereknek akkor vesszük igazán hasznát, ha egyrészről gyakran használjuk őket („gyakorlat teszi a mestert”), másrészről, ha a későbbiekben a klinikai tantárgyakat (pl. belgyógyászat, sebészet, ideggyógyá-szat) is kellő mélységben elsajátítjuk.
Számos nyugati felmérés szerint az így megismert és elsa-játított készségek kellő gyakorlással szinte ugyanolyan meg-bízható és értékelhető információt jelentenek a diagnózis fel-állításához, mintha orvosok végezték volna [2, 3, 4].
Jelen fejezet magába foglalja a fontosabb, napjainkban is gyakran előforduló betegségek diagnosztizálásához szüksé-ges anamnézis (kórelőzmény) felvételének menetét, jellegze-tességeit, valamint szervrendszerenkénti bontásban a fizikális (eszköz nélküli) vizsgálatok kivitelezését és értékelését. Ezzel nagymértékben lehet szűkíteni a potenciális betegségek kö-rét; a megfelelően elvégzett fizikális vizsgálatok pedig további segítséget jelentenek a diagnózisalkotásban.
