Forrás: Indicators - Circular economy - Eurostat (europa.eu) Ezeket a mutatókat a statisztikai adatok alapján meg lehet határozni, de ez sem ad lehetőséget arra, hogy egyetlen aggregát index képzésével jellemezzük a körforgásos teljesítményt, mint ahogy ugyanez a helyzet, a tanulmányozott értékelő módszerek és modellek esetében is. Verbáli-san viszont jól értékelhetők, sőt összehasonlításra is lehetőséget adnak statisztikai adatok alapján, mint például a másodnyersanyagok inputban való megjelenése (ólom, mészkő és a rézre vonatkozó adatok elérhe-tőek) (Eurostat, 2021).

A CE mérésére vonatkozó kutatásieredmények azt mutatják, hogy a mutatók többsége termék vagy vállalati szintű mutató, amely az anyag- és erőforrás-helyreállítási stratégiákra összpontosít. A publikációk má-sodik nagy csoportja egyidejűleg a környezeti és gazdasági pillérekre is összpontosít. A társadalmi következményekkel ritkán foglalkoznak. Az elemzett mutatók elsősorban az anyag- és erőforrás-visszavezetésre vo-natkoznak, de nem adnak megbízható eredményt a körforgásos rend-szerek fenntarthatósági teljesítményének értékeléséhez. A jövőbeni ku-tatások arra irányulhatnak tehát, hogy az egyes mutatók – hogyan, mi-lyen módszertan alapján integrálhatók a körkörösség és a fenntartható-sági teljesítmény értékelésére.

105 Összegzés
A körforgásos gazdaság túl nőtt a pusztán kutatói érdeklődésen és poli-tikai szólamokon, ma már egyre nagyobb az elfogadottsága és stratégiai programok részét képezi. A COVID-19 járvány rávilágított a globális értékláncok sérülékenységére. A lezárások okozta sokk után a gazdaság szereplői rájöttek, hogy az ellátási láncoknak sokkal ellenállóbbnak kell lenni, hogy egy előre nem látható újabb járványra rugalmasabban tud-janak reagálni. Vezető közgazgazdászok, politikusok, világcégek kép-viselőinek véleménye, hogy a pandémia utáni gazdaság helyreállításá-hoz újra kell gondolni gazdasági filozófiájukat. Jelenleg úgy tűnik, hogy a körforgásos megoldások központi helyet kapnak ezekben az újra gondolt fenntarthatóbb gazdasági modellekben, amelyek egyszerre kí-vánnak megfelelni a fenntarthatósági céloknak, a klímapolitikai elvárá-soknak, az európai Zöld Megállapodásnak.
A körforgásos gazdaság népszerűsége tükröződik az exponenciálisan növekvő számú publikációkban. Túllépve a fogalmi értelmezéseken, sokkal inkább módszertani elemek, elemzések, a legkülönbözőbb terü-leteken megjelenő jó gyakorlatokat bemutató esettanulmányok jelennek meg, és egyre több tudománymetriai publikáció is napvilágot lát.
A körforgásos gazdaság teljesítményének mérése is előtérbe kezd ke-rülni, bár eddig inkább csak az indikátor alapú értékelések dominálnak, az EU vagy saját indikátor készlet használatával, de összehasonlítást lehetővé tevő egységes módszer nem létezik. Voltak kísérletek a kör-forgásos értékek (CEV, Fogarassy et al. 2018) meghatározására, vagy a csomagolóeszközök hulladék hasznosítására vonatkozó környezetvé-delmi körforgásos értékek meghatározására (REV, Haupt & Hellweg, 2019) és életciklus fenntarthatósági elemzést alkalmazó módszerekre is, amelyek egyetlen mutatóval kívánták értékelni a körforgásos telje-sítményt a lineáris modellekhez viszonyítva. A mérési módszerektől függetlenül a körforgásos megoldások tért fognak hódítani, és a pandé-miai után a körforgásos megoldások sorra megjelennek a jövőre vonat-kozó szcenáriókban.
