Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Intact.
A: Ouroboros enclosing Isis clothed in a long garment, Anubis in the form of a mummy, Bes and probably Nephthys also in a long garment, all of them standing on a uterus in the shape of a cupping vessel, with a five-bitted key below.
B: Greek inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
