Bust of Sarapis to right, head crowned with a modius and adorned with ram's horns. Detail of the tunic visible. In front of the bust, a trident, with a snake coiled around it; behind, an unidentified object. Inscription around the edge: εισζευσσεραπισμεγαληητυχητου, below the bust: ονοσ → εἷς Ζεὺς Σάραπις. Μεγάλη ἡ τύχη τοῦ [---]ονος, 'Zeus and Sarapis are one. Great is the fortune of [---].
