Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Chipped along the edge, lower part broken off.
A: Ouroboros enclosing deities standing on a uterus with a seven-bitted key: a ram-headed god with a goddess wearing a long garment on each side. On the left side of the deities: υ, on the right: χ. On the left side of the womb: η, on the right: ε. Inscription around the womb: σεσε ορηθ...βου..ναηου → unidentified voces.
B: Greek inscription in seven lines: κυριοι|θεοιφυ|λαξετε|τηντο|υτοφο|[ρ]ουσ|[ην] → κύριοι θεοί, φυλάσσετε τὴν τοῦτο φορούσην 'Lord Gods, protect the wearer of this (object).'
