Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Brownish haematite. Chipped along the edge.
A: Ouroboros enclosing the mumiform figure of Anubis, coiling Chnoubis crowned with a nimbus and seven rays and Isis-Tyche wearing a crown and a long garment and holding a scepter in the right hand and a cornucopia in the left hand. Below: a uterus with a seven-bitted key. Greek inscription around the scene: ορωριουθ.
B: Greek inscription in nine lines:
