ANSWERS TO REVIEWERS 1
We thank the Referees for their interest in our work and for helpful comments that will greatly improve the manuscript and we have tried to do our best to respond to the points raised. The Referees have brought up some good points and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our research objectives and results. We do some corrections by native english speaker
As indicated below, we have checked all the general and specific comments provided by the Referees and have made necessary changes accordingly to their indications.

Ad comment 1: We accept that the correct application of the Avrami model on the solidification phenomena requires narrower temperature gaps. Unfortunately, due to a technical problem, of the suggested temperatures, we could apply only 15°C and 18°C as temperatures of solidification. Nevertheless, these measurements had provided meaningful results.
We measured the crystallization process for long time. As your advice, We repeated experiments of NMR and DSC for samples
Ad comment 2. : We agree that DSC results for the blend 50:50 are hardly understandable.
Until now we supposed a very complex crystallisation process, but repeating the
measurements it became clear that the unusual phenomenon was caused by an error in the measurements. We include the new results in the paper.
From the results of the chemical composition of our samples it was obvious that FHCO contained mostly saturated fatty acids that resulted in a somewhat uniform triglyceride (TAG) structure. Less TAG can form more stable crystals because the uniform TAG’s form compact crystals. This may be the reason why equilibrium SFC is higher and crystallization is faster according to the amount of the FHCO in the fat mixtures. On the other hand, NHCO has more unsaturated fatty acids, consequently the TAG structure must be more complex. This
complexity results in a less-packed crystal structure and smaller equilibrium SFC, as well as less slower crystallization.
Minor comments .
1. we checked all °C , max,
2. We use only SFC instead of CGS.
3. We rewrite tables of manucript.
