Mr. P U C I N S K I introduced the following bill ; which was referred to the Com­

mittee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce

A BILL

To amend the Act of March 2, 1944, defining "nonfat dry milk", in order to include within that term nonfat dry milk to which vitamin A or D has been added.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That the second sentence of the Act of March 2, 1944, 4 as amended (21 U.S.C. 3 2 1 c ) , is amended by adding im- 5 mediately before the period at the end thereof the following:

6 ", and may contain added vitamin A or D , or both".
