ETGN’s blended executive education and training certification is designed to offer participants a broad

cross-section of skills development opportunities. The curriculum is segmented into two key competency areas that include thematic trainings, as well as soft skills managerial development programmes. Participants have a maximum period of up to two (2) years to complete a minimum of one hundred (100) hours of coursework across at least three (3) of the eight (8) member institutions in order to receive ETGN Network Certification.

You are encouraged to select at least one thematic training area of focus, and to complement this area with a selection of soft skills development coursework that best suits your professional development objectives.
