4. tézis. Módszert dolgoztam ki, amelyben a közúti folyamatokat általános (nem pozitív) rendszerként modelleztem, a pozitív tulajdonság figyelembe vételét pedig a visszacsatolt rendszerben a szabályozótervezés során biztosítottam, a megfelelően felállított korlátozások beépítésével. Javaslatot tettem a lineáris rendszerként modellezett közlekedési folyamatok pozitív ortánson belüli irányítását lehetővé tevő szabályozó tervezési feltételeinek meghatáro-zására.
• Rámutattam, hogy az általam vizsgált közúti folyamatok többsége természetesen zitív értékkészletű rendszer, azaz az állapotok az eredeti fizikai jelentésük alapján po-zitívak, sőt még a beavatkozó jel is az. A pozitív tulajdonságból következik, hogy szóba jöhető állapottér modellek fizikailag értelmes megoldásai (trajektóriái) csak nemnegatív koordinátákat tartalmazhatnak. A szabályozási feladatot nehezíti, hogy a beavatkozó jelekre még korlátossági feltételek is fennállnak.
• Bemutattam, hogy a pozitív lineáris rendszerek modellezési és irányítási problémái miatt a gyakorlati feladatok megoldására az általános lineáris rendszerként felírt, de csak a pozitív ortánson belül irányított modellosztályt tartom a legígéretesebbnek.
• Javaslatot tettem a szabályozótervezéshez szükséges módszerek és korlátozó techni-kák alkalmazására, amelyekben lehetőség van az állapotokra és a beavatkozó jelekre fennálló pozitív tulajdonságok figyelembe vételére. A modell prediktív szabályozó algoritmus használata esetén javaslatot tettem a predikciós horizont méretének a meg-választására.

7 Összefoglalás
Dolgozatomban, a közúti közlekedésirányítás vizsgálatát az irányításelmélet rendszerleíró szemléletével és eszközkészletével végeztem el. Megfogalmaztam az egyes alrendszerekben meglévő irányítási feladatokat, és összegyűjtöttem a szokásos és lehetséges megoldásokat.
Megállapítottam, hogy az irányítási problémák nagy része megoldható állapotérben tervezett szabályozásokkal. A szabályozások stabilitása és minősége garantálható a korszerű irányítási algoritmusok használatával.
A közúti közlekedés sajátosságából fakadóan az állapotok és a beavatkozó jelek is erősen korlátosak. A közlekedési irányítórendszernek úgy kell szabályozó funkcióját ellátni, hogy figyelembe veszi az állapotokra és a bementre fennálló korlátozások és feltételek teljesítés-ülését. A dolgozatomban fő hangsúlyt helyeztem a közúti közlekedésirányítás területén a korlátozások mellett végzett állapotbecslésre és irányításra.
A disszertációban rámutattam, hogy a pozitív rendszerek szerepe jelentős a közúti közlekedés területén, mert számos mennyiség, így a járművek száma, sebessége, és a forgalomsűrűség is mind pozitívak. A dolgozatomban megvizsgáltam a közúti folyamatok pozitív rendszerként történő leírását és a pozitív rendszerek irányíthatóságát.
Négy területen értem el eredményt:
• A célforgalmi mátrix korlátozások mellett végzett becslése egyszerű közlekedési rendszerben (3. fejezet),
• Torlódásdetektáló szűrővel kiegészített átkonfiguráló, jelzőlámpa (LQ) szabályozás tervezése (4. fejezet),
• Több csomópontból álló, összehangolt hálózat dinamikus forgalomirányítására mo-dell alapú, prediktív szabályozással (5. fejezet),
• A közúti folyamatok nem pozitív rendszerként történő modellezése esetén, javaslatot tettem a szabályozótervezéshez szükséges módszerek és korlátozó technikák alkalma-zására a pozitív tulajdonságok biztosítása érdekében (6. fejezet).
