INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
1. RECOGNITION OF PREVIOUS OR CURRENT WORK EXPERIENCE
The request for credit transfer can be submit by students who have a relevant work experience and there is no cooperation agreement between ELTE and the organization. E.g.: employment, apprenticeship/student work, voluntary relationship. The request may be submitted simultaneously for all traineeship courses. You must register for this course in Neptun, regardless of whether you will submit a request! If your application is accepted, you will not need to register for further professional practices.
IMPORTANT! In case of rejection, if you have not yet registered for the course, you will not be able to complete the internship in that semester.

Request for the Credit Transfer Committee form: write “work experience” to the part of “the course completed earlier”, and at the part of “the course to be absolved by the credit transfer” you can write the courses codes:

Detailed justification (in about one page) – own signature
Reference certificate (form is not specified), all relevant elements to prove that you have carried out the activities and to include dates, how many hours, list of specific activities/projects - with an official signature and stamp, on letterhead paper!
Anything else that the applicant student may think is important (e.g. job description, additional reference certificate, etc.) All documents must be submitted to the Credit Transfer Committee! The date of the Meeting of the Committee (and related deadline) can also be found on the website:

2. INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE
The chosen organization of training must be indicated in The Data Sheet and Reception Declaration for Internships document. Contact information for our cooperating partners can be requested from the instructor. Additional organizations may be selected by prior arrangement. You can only upload this in full, with all signatures and stamps, scanned in pdf format to Canvas. After feedback, you can start the practice.
