Curriculum

Pre-evaluation procedure

Please note, that the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Informatics asks candidates to submit the following documents both to Dr. Samad Dadvandipour (dr.samad@uni-miskolc.hu) and Dr. László Kovács (kovacs@iit.uni-miskolc.hu) in order to pre-evaluate them and to be able to find a competent supervisor:

1. Copy of original master's degree (OR provisional diploma), (scanned clearly with signature and stamp);

2. Copy of original transcript (scanned clearly with signature and stamp);

3. Recommendation letter at least from three professors OR letter of nomination as PhD student confirmed by the Ministry of Higher Education of his / her Country (scanned clearly with signature and stamp);

4. Cover letter declaring the applicants’ motivation and summary of proposals towards the PhD study (TO BE INNOVATIVE);

5. Applicants’ complete CV;

6. Certificate of English language at least intermediate level (scanned clearly with signature and stamp).

The Faculty Coordinators check all documents and if they find them to be acceptable, the supervisor is being chosen.

The supervisor gets in touch with the applicant and if they find it possible to cooperate, the applicant can participate in an entrance examination.

In case the entrance examination is successful, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Informatics suggests the applicant to submit their application for a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship.
