The EU FERTILIZER REGULATION revision efforts:

The Commission intends to revise Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 to extend its scope to other fertilisers and fertilising materials and possibly including organic fertilisers (ABC biochar), growing media and soil improvers (plant based biochar) and biostimulants.
