on the available funding for English copyediting and international publications for the lecturers, researchers, doctoral students, and doctoral candidate of ELTE PPK

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to inform you of the requestable funding at the Faculty for the purposes English copyediting and international publications.

I. English copyediting

You may request Faculty funding for English copyediting, if the manuscript in question is

a. an English-language article accepted for publishing by a peer-reviewed, preferably Q1 journal (Q2 journals may be considered) with an impact factor,

b. a chapter in an edited English-language volume referenced by WoS, Scopus, Psycinfo

The Faculty funds are open for continuous applications at palyazat@ppk.elte.hu, by following the instructions on the website at: https://ppk.elte.hu/en/content/support-of-english-language-revision-of-publications.t.34479.

The funding is awarded by the dean based on internal academic review, as well as the available funds and the application’s conformity with the aforementioned criteria.

Please inform my colleagues about the publication of the supported manuscript at palyazat@ppk.elte.hu, providing the online access for the publication.

II. Open Access publishing

You may also request Faculty funding for open access publishing in Q1, in certain cases Q2 rated journals with impact factors (Predatory journals are explicitly excluded. Please confirm that the journal is not predatory before applying based on the following link: https://libguides.rutgers.edu/predatory).

The Faculty funds are open for continuous applications at palyazat@ppk.elte.hu, by following the instructions on the website at: https://ppk.elte.hu/open_access.

The funding is awarded by the dean based on internal academic review, as well as the available funds and the application’s conformity with the aforementioned criteria.
