Final events of the International Competition of Young Scientists and Students “Eurasia Green” Research Projects as part of the XI Eurasian Economic Youth Forum’s scientific program in will be held on April 20-23, 2020, in the Ural State University of Economics, Yekaterinburg, Russia
The aim of the competition is to motivate young people to innovative development and technical creativity, aimed at the protection and rational use of natural resources, the introduction of effective "green" technologies.
Stages and dates of the Competition
1. Expertise of scientific works by the Expert Council within second stage of the competition. Newsletter Mailing to universities and organizations of the Russian Federation and other countries with the notification about the entry of contestants to the third stage of the Competition - until April 1, 2020
2. Full-time protection of projects - April 22, 2020
3. Awarding of the winners of the Competition - April 23, 2020
Based high school students, undergraduates, graduate students of universities and authorities in under 35 years old may participate on a voluntary in the Competition.
Research projects at the competition can be sent from individual authors and groups of up to 4 authors.
Travel, accommodation, meals - at the expense of the participants
Competition
ORGANIZATIONAL FEES NOT PROVIDED Winners and prizewinners are awarded with diplomas and cash prizes:
1st place - 15 000 rubles 2nd place - 10 000 rubles 3rd place - 5 000 rubles
SCIENTIFIC AREAS
1) Environmental responsibility of government and business:
- in the field of protection and rational use of water resources and atmospheric air;
- “waste to income”;
- protection of natural objects,
- development of specially protected natural territories and environmental tourism;
- environmental policy of enterprises, state and local government bodies.
2) “In word and deed” ;
- environmental education and upbringing of youth;
- training and retraining of environmentally oriented personnel for production and government;
- practical actions of enterprises and public organizations for the protection and reproduction of natural objects, - environmental volunteering,
- “Clean Russia” actions, - “Live the forest” etc.
WORK STRUCTURE - TYPICAL:
Title page, abstract, content, introduction, three chapters (theoretical, analytical, recommendatory), conclusion, list of references.
The work should clearly identify the problem and suggest ways to solve it.
Requirements for registration of entries
The work should be framed as follows: a file in * .doc or
* .rtf format, the name of the author (s) should be indicated in the file name. Font Times New Roman, size - 14 pt, line spacing 1.5. All margins are 20 mm. The text is justified without hyphenation. All charts and tables should be inserted into the text. Paragraph indention - 1.25. The orientation of the sheet - book.
References are made in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003.
Footnotes in the text are given in square brackets with the number of the source in the list of references.
